Buy from our range of duck foie gras. We have for sale French Rougie foie gras, hand made terrines, fresh foie gras and our very popular 1Kg flash frozen duck foie gras. Duck liver is more rustic, with a stronger taste than goose foie gras. Can be served hot or cold but not frozen, take out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. To enhance the taste serve with a sweet Sauternes wine.
